Todd B. Zavodney (Nov 26, 1968 – Sept 19, 2017)

Todd passed away after an eleven-month courageous battle with cancer. He attended Revere High School and The University of Akron. Todd owned and operated Chateau Maintenance Inc. since 1993. He prided himself in never missing a day of work even through most of his illness. Todd has always had a need for speed since his childhood, including dirt bikes, boats, motorcycles and lastly cars. Todd was very involved in the race car circuit, spending all of his weekends at the track with Autointerests. He was a pro road racer with WERA and AMA. Todd was also a Lead Instructor at the track. Todd had a very special zest for life. He was always busy and on the go. Todd enjoyed being with friends and his love for his family was a priority. His joke telling, funny remarks and laughs will be missed by all.
Todd is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Valerie (Prestier) Zavodney; daughters, Jordan, Riley, and Brooke (Nick) Bonner and son, Brett; father, Andrew (Becky) Zavodney; mother, Karen Zavodney; brothers, Andy (Laura) Zavodney and Chris Zavodney; many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. We would like to thank all the caregivers and staff at Summa Palliative Care for their service and for making Todd comfortable. Also, everyone who showed their love and appreciation with food, gift cards for our kids, support and most of all the prayers. THANK YOU! #TEAM TODD.
